Mauro Bellabarba's transformative wellness journey began with a single invitation to a Kundalini Yoga session ~ one experience that profoundly changed his life and ignited an undeniable call to dive deeper.

Embracing the discipline fully, he trained for 5 years to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has now been sharing this powerful ancient practice to students all over the world. Through dedicated teaching, Mauro has embodied its essence, unlocking profound benefits for the spirit, mind and body.
